Well, I thought it simple: One stream, if possible live, showing you present
your contribution. Only one screen.
To show slides (pp) we can use the second beamer to project the slides
apart. This requires a simple e-mail or ftp-transmission of the pp-file and
a 'human-synchronization' of your slides there over the ocean and here. I
guess it would be a good 'party-gag'.
I never tried a netmeeting before and am very curious how to get it work,
and I like new experiences.
Maybe, given the time difference (6 hours) you should have everybody at the
dinner table and wire the live part to a number of computer monitors, so
everyone sees one nearby. Then use the two beamrs for other things ! I'm
wondering about the reverse feed, tho
Well, we have some options. This is one, and I'm sure there would be a 'hard
core' that will listen and looking to you. Better by beamer than thru all
the monitors I don't have there (guess only 2 or 3).
If the netmeeting will function and you can use a video-camera I can store
the stream and send it as 'playback'.
At the moment I've difficulties to get my camera recognized. The
installation-process show the connection device, the netmeeting-windows,
however, not. And I can't get any connection. Well, I'll advance.
